Job Summary
Installation Technician responsible for installing custom residential storage systems (closets, cabinets, home offices) using CAD drawings/blueprints, performing skilled and semi-skilled carpentry, assembling and installing complex systems, assisting with material removal, and delivering exceptional customer service in customers' homes. Must be proficient with hand and power tools, able to follow safety standards, and capable of driving to job sites with a company vehicle; role involves in-home installations, physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs), and collaboration with team members on projects.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with common hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with in-home installations
- Safety adherence and use of PPE
