Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain automotive tires, fluids, and related components; provide automotive repair and maintenance services including Tire Services, Oil Changes, Under Hood Services, MPIs, Wheel Alignments and Preventive Maintenance; ensure a valid Service Work Order is initiated and properly documented; support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process; adhere to VIP safety, quality, and regulatory standards; maintain shop cleanliness and safety, complete required training and certifications (ASE G1, A4, A5, BATS, TPMS) and stay current with state inspections; demonstrate effective communication with customers and teamwork with the service team.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience in automotive service field
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- ASE Certification A4 – Suspension & Steering
- ASE Certification A5 – Brakes
- State Inspection License
