Job Summary
Install and activate AT&T’s technology for customers’ homes and small businesses, delivering high-quality service with a focus on customer experience. Independently install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‐Fi, and voice services, meet new customers daily, troubleshoot problems, and adapt to varying environments (e.g., lifting up to 60 lbs, ladders up to 28 ft). The role involves on-site installation, problem solving, and ongoing training to advance along a technology-career path. This position may require flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and overtime or holiday work as needed. Perks include a comprehensive benefits package and continual training.
Required Qualifications
- valid state driver’s license
- lift and move up-to 60 lbs
- weigh less than 325 lbs for ladder safety
- able to work evenings and weekends
- pre-employment assessment
- OT and holiday work availability
