Job Summary
Installation Technician role performing independent on-site installation and activation of AT&T’s high-speed broadband, Wi‐Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and small businesses. Responsibilities include installing and configuring equipment, identifying wire and cable colors, climbing ladders, and ensuring customer-ready network setups. Requires flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends), valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in confined spaces, and completion of paid training. Includes sign-on bonus paid after defined milestones and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in tight spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft)
