Job Summary
Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‐Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses as a trusted expert. Independently manage installation tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience while meeting safety standards (lift up to 60 lbs, ladders up to 28 ft). Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license required; training provided to grow with the role. You’ll be focused on installing the latest technology, meeting customer needs, and solving problems on a daily basis. Roles may involve travel to customer sites and ongoing paid training for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state driver’s license
