Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred (experience considered)
- Valid driver's license; safety certifications helpful
- 0-1+ years in pulp/paper, water treatment, or specialty chemicals
- Ability to read electrical/P&ID schematics and troubleshoot chemical systems
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
