Job Summary
Installation Technician needed to evaluate customer needs, design, install, and educate on security systems for homes/businesses. Responsibilities include working with customers to determine optimal system and equipment, installing and testing operations to ensure proper functionality and signal reception, evaluating information to provide the best solution for the location, identifying opportunities to improve system use, practicing safety to prevent injuries, managing materials/tools, cleaning the site, and performing other duties to support company goals. Qualities sought include customer-focused mindset, technical aptitude, strong verbal communication, ability to thrive in uncertainty, and a valid driver's license. Education required is a High School degree or equivalent; Electronic Trade School training is a plus.
