Job Summary
Residential Installation Technician role responsible for evaluating customer needs, designing and installing security/electrical systems, testing operations, and educating customers on system use. Responsibilities include determining optimal system and equipment with the customer, installing and testing to ensure proper functionality and signal reception, evaluating information to provide best solutions for the location, identifying opportunities to improve system use, adhering to safety practices, safeguarding materials and tools on site, cleaning up the site after completion, and performing additional duties to support the company’s mission. Requires customer-focused mindset, technical aptitude, and strong verbal communication; valid driver’s license; High School diploma or equivalent; Electronic Trade School training is a plus.
