Installation Technician

Installation Technician at ADT is responsible for evaluating customer needs, designing, installing, and educating customers on security system usage. Responsibilities include selecting optimal system/equipment with the customer, installing and testing operations to ensure proper functionality and signal reception, identifying opportunities to improve system use, enforcing safety practices, cleaning up the site, and collaborating with customers and coworkers to achieve organizational goals. Must have a customer-focused mindset, technical aptitude, and strong verbal communication; required to have a valid driver’s license and a high school degree or equivalent. Electronic Trade School training is a plus and benefits are provided after 31 days.
