Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice services at customer premises while educating clients on proper usage. Solve complex technical challenges outdoors using hand tools, operating vehicles, and working in confined spaces, heights, and inclement weather. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs and climb ladders up to 32 feet. Travel to assigned locations, including during bad weather, and maintain a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
