Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, mobile, and voice services at customer premises while educating clients on usage. Solve daily technical challenges outdoors using hand tools, computers, and software applications across varied terrains and inclement weather. Carry equipment up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate company vehicles to travel between sites. Maintain a valid driver's license and fluent English communication skills. Work in a dynamic environment building relationships with colleagues and customers, with opportunities to progress through self-progression plans and earn certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
