Job Summary
Field Technician at Spectrum: install and repair services at customer premises, educate customers on usage, work outdoors in varied environments, use hand tools and computers, and progress through a self-driven career progression plan including potential certifications. Immediate opportunities to earn $20+/hour with pay progression from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV (10% increases per level) and potential leadership tracks. Requires travel to customer sites, ability to work in outdoor conditions, and strong communication and reliability. Training provided; includes on-the-job training and Career Self-Progression options.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from assigned locations
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders up to 32 feet
