Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, and mobile services at customer premises while educating clients on usage. Solve complex technical issues outdoors using hand tools and operate company vehicles across various terrains and weather conditions. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, climb ladders to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces. Travel to assigned locations and company facilities as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Fluent in English with proficiency in computers and software applications. Work extended periods outside in any season, utilizing on-the-job training to progress through career levels and earn additional bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
