Job Summary
Install and repair residential services in outdoor field settings, educating customers on usage and ensuring connectivity. Entry-level Field Technician role with on-the-job training, offering a self-progression plan to advance from Technician I to Technician IV with 10% pay increases per level and potential leadership opportunities. Earn $20.50/hour from day one, with the option to progress and increase earnings through course work and certifications. Must be able to travel to customer sites, work outdoors using hand tools, and maintain a valid driver’s license while communicating in English. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards required
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Able to walk over varied terrains and weather conditions, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet
- Work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather
