Job Summary
Field Technician at Spectrum, installing and repairing services, educating customers on usage, outdoors-focused role with hands-on problem solving and customer interaction. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competence with hand tools
- Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability
- Physical ability to walk varied terrains and weather conditions; lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders up to 32 feet; operate a company vehicle
