Installation Tech IV

Job Summary
Installation Tech IV responsible for structured cabling, installation of total integrated voice and data systems, networks, and wireless; performs installations and maintenance of equipment, coordinates with customers and vendors, and manages project progress to ensure quality, safety, and timely final paperwork. Requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 years of telecom experience; must be able to think critically, problem-solve, and work independently or with a team. Travel up to 50% and must pass drug screen and criminal background check. Proficiency in ECR/Red Line processes, method of procedure writing, and familiarity with calibration and inventory management are expected; strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 years telecommunication training and/or experience
- Must have demonstrated proficiency and profitability at the Technician III level
- Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows-based computer
