Job Summary
Assist in installing custom millwork, cabinetry, casework, and architectural wood products at client sites. Read shop drawings, blueprints, and instructions; measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure precision. Operate hand and power tools safely while maintaining a clean, organized job site. Collaborate with team members and project managers to resolve on-site challenges and communicate progress to supervisors. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations. Lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs as required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with trade school training; experience in millwork or carpentry is preferred.
