Installation Team Leader

Lead on-site camera and hardware installations at industrial facilities across Europe with occasional travel to the US; set the technical standard for the Installation team, and develop installation documentation, floor plans, cable routing standards, and reusable checklists for future deployments. Oversee junior installers, certify and train the team, and optimize deployment processes. Coordinate with local contractors and facility engineers, source materials locally, and debrief after deployments to drive continuous improvement. Must be a Licensed Electrician with 5+ years of hands-on electrical or field installation experience; able to read and produce floor plans and wiring diagrams; travel 40–50% internationally (primarily Europe, occasionally the US); fluent in English. Preferred: experience in manufacturing/automation environments; additional German, Spanish, or French language skills. This role is based in Zurich with in-person work but involves significant international travel to client sites.
