Job Summary
As Installation Supervisor Training Specialist, design and deliver scalable training programs that build the capability of installation supervisors and frontline operational leaders. Collaborate with Learning & Development, safety, quality, and business leaders to ensure training is effective, consistently executed, and aligned with installation standards and productivity objectives. Serve as a subject matter expert to support continuous improvement in operational leadership development across the area. Requires 7+ years of progressive experience in managing or developing operational leaders in elevator/escalator installation or modernization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Travel up to 75%+. This is a remote USA role with the ability to live anywhere within the role’s scope; compensation includes a remote work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include designing, delivering, and sustaining learning knowledge and practical application, and ensuring training content, tools, and methodologies are aligned with safety and regulatory requirements. Must partner across teams to ensure training objectives are visible, actionable, and executed consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR minimum of 7 years of equivalent industry experience managing operational teams, processes, and people in a technical or construction-based environment.
