Job Summary
Installation Supervisor/Field Service Technician responsible for supervising active job sites and installation crews, conducting final walkthroughs with homeowners, and handling minor service repairs and punch-list work for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. Acts as the field liaison between homeowners, installers, and production teams; reviews project scopes and production plans to ensure crews have what they need; identifies and resolves field issues to prevent delays; documents progress via photos, videos, and notes (CompanyCam); communicates change-order needs to internal teams; collects final paperwork and customer sign-offs; maintains a clean, safe job site and accurately enters data into Salesforce. Requires 3+ years in residential exterior construction, experience supervising crews, ability to interact with homeowners professionally, troubleshoot installation issues, strong organization, and capability to lift 50+ lbs. Travel between regional job sites; valid driver's license; familiarity with Salesforce and CRM/mobile documentation apps. Remote work not indicated; in-person work at Solon, Ohio location.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential exterior construction experience
- Experience supervising job sites, crews, or subcontractors
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel between job sites throughout the region
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, and mobile documentation apps
