Job Summary
Installation Supervisor - Regional oversees the Signs & Graphics installation team, schedules installations, and ensures adherence to safety, quality and install timelines. Supervises regional installation crews, participates on large installs when needed, troubleshoots issues and maintains clear communication between production / installers / sales reps and project coordinators. Provides on-the-job training and mentorship to new installers and fosters a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities include overseeing installation quality and SOPs, coordinating across markets, hiring input with S&G Manager, coaching installers, maintaining installation schedules, dispatching orders, reviewing prints and materials, arranging site surveys, coordinating with outsourced installers, and ensuring timely completion with regular meetings and updates. Requires strong communication skills, ability to lift 75 lbs, and proficiency with basic computer tools; location is Charlotte, NC with on-site responsibilities.
