Job Summary
Installation Supervisor - Regional oversees the Signs and Graphics installation team, schedules installations, and ensures adherence to safety, quality and install timelines. The role involves supervising regional installation crews, participating on large installs when needed, troubleshooting issues and maintaining clear communication between production / installers / sales reps and project coordinators. The Installation Supervisor provides on-the-job training and mentorship to new installers and fosters a positive and productive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
