Installation Supervisor

Oversee the Installation and Order Verification Program by monitoring sub-contracted installers, developing new hires, and resolving installation disputes. Enforce Pella installation instructions through job-site evaluations while negotiating and monitoring installer payouts to maintain cost-effective teams. Collaborate with the retail sales process to improve installation quality and customer experience. Manage on-call rotation and work within the established schedule to ensure timely project completion.
