Installation Supervisor (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Supervise on-site HV installation activities (AC/DC) for large-scale projects in Germany, guiding subcontractors to meet contract specs, quality standards, and safety requirements. Plan and coordinate installation tasks with the Installation Manager, execute cable pulling, glanding and terminations (including low-to-high voltage power cables, control cables, and fibers), and perform quality control and testing to verify results against project specifications and IEEE/IEC standards. Coordinate with engineering to ensure proper documentation is used on-site and provide as-built mark-ups. Maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers; site-based role with travel between projects.
Required Qualifications
- Technical education with preference for degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
- 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
- Experience in installation supervision
- Ability to read/understand single line diagrams and technical manuals
- Proficiency in English and German
