Job Summary
Assist clients via telephone by diagnosing problems using tools, fixing or replacing parts, and servicing various types of packaging equipment. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends while implementing company directives and policies. Perform installing, maintaining, and repairing of equipment, including troubleshooting and identifying issues. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, document services performed and interactions, and travel to customer locations. Prioritize adaptability and safety awareness, noting that specific duties vary based on industry and equipment. This remote role supports the IN/OH region with an EST time zone preference and proximity to Fort Wayne, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in Industrial Packaging
- Proven understanding of technical software
- Prior experience in MRO
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High regard for quality assurance and customer service
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
- Must be in EST time zone
- Must be preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Fort Wayne, IN
