This role involves reporting service status, maintaining service request databases, coordinating with management and buyers, and potentially training backups. Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in relevant software are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of office administration and/or millwork experience preferred
