Job Summary
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair internet, video, and voice services for residential and business customers using DSL, VDSL, ADSL, FTTH, and CBRS technologies. Perform structured cabling installations, configure customer premise equipment, and conduct site surveys for infrastructure projects. Diagnose service impairments, maintain accurate documentation, and interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction. Work safely in confined spaces and varying weather conditions while adhering to company safety policies. Hourly pay; Wisconsin and Michigan locations.
