Job Summary
Coordinate daily installation schedules and act as the central hub between customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Manage scheduling updates, confirm installations, maintain CRM records (Service Titan), handle inquiries with professionalism, track pending installations, support sales/service teams with scheduling, review and order door/materials not stocked, create POs in Service Titan, and communicate order status to customers, technicians, and logistics. Emphasizes organization, proactive communication, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service or coordination is a plus
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check
