Job Summary
Conduct precise technical measurements and determine correct installation methods for replacement windows and doors. Oversee subcontractor crews from start to finish, resolving homeowner concerns and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met. Supervise installation associates and independent contractors through performance planning, communication, and issue resolution while coaching teams on technical skills and customer service. Drive margin and revenue goals by optimizing workforce capacity and leading recruiting efforts to meet installation timelines. Maintain adequate installation capacity through regular site audits and quality process adherence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1yr of Window/Door Installation Experience
- At least 1yr of Conducting Technical Measures Required for Installation
- At least 1yr of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills
- At least 2yrs of Construction/Home Improvement Industry Experience
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Basic financial knowledge (i.e., P&L Statements)
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
