Job Summary
Coordinate residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical permits and track submissions to ensure timely completion. Communicate with customers, city officials, and inspectors to schedule necessary inspections and resolve issues promptly. Manage multiple permits with strong organizational skills while prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment. Submit applications via direct deposit and complete paid training and onboarding. Work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Permitting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus
