Job Summary
Coordinate wallpaper installation projects for residential and commercial clients by confirming wall preparation requirements and planning installation team assignments based on project scope. Ensure materials, adhesives, and tools are delivered to site while tracking timelines and managing schedules. Liaise with interior designers, architects, and contractors to handle client queries, change requests, and issue resolution. Monitor installation quality to ensure finishing standards are met and maintain project documentation, contracts, and invoices. Adhere to safety and site regulations. Work Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tools
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
