Job Summary
Oversee multiple residential roofing projects from start to finish; supervise crews and repair technicians; coordinate with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs; identify and mitigate risks and proactively escalate as required; perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards; maintain excellent customer service by working closely with homeowners throughout projects; review and approve payroll for hourly employees; ensure projects are completed timely and with quality; handle multitasking and prioritization across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in residential roofing, preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
