Job Summary
Oversee installation and construction of equipment for approved projects, ensuring tasks align with approved plans, scope, time, and cost parameters. Plan, update, and report on resource allocation for mechanical teams, including supervisors, foremen, and technicians. Manage procurement of equipment and monitor project progress to address issues promptly. Conduct inspections and ensure quality assurance for installations, sites, and equipment. Develop detailed shop drawings and provide technical support to project teams. Supervise, manage, and support the mechanical team while promoting skill development. Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards while executing duties. Support external projects and execute additional directives as needed. Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, PMP certification, and 7+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- PMP certification
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and MS Project
- Proven experience of around 7+ years in installation and project management
- track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and cost constraints
- Fluency in English
