Job Summary
Installation Manager oversees all aspects of HVAC installation projects, including planning, coordinating, and directing the installation department; ensures profitability, timely completion, and high customer satisfaction; communicates installation information to relevant personnel; develops and manages employees to foster a positive work environment; duties include dispatching, warehousing, inventory and material management, creation of installation job packets, material procurement coordination, safety and quality oversight, site and equipment inspections, permit filing, and budget/job-costing responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
