Job Summary
Installations-focused leader responsible for ensuring on-time installation and 100% customer satisfaction through installer engagement, measurement collection for new projects, warranty services, and process improvements. Drives cross-functional coordination, policies compliance, and data-driven resource planning to optimize the installation pipeline, address escalations, and foster a customer-focused culture. Requires experience in residential remodeling/construction, people management, and strong communication; EPA RRP certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of operations experience with a customer service focus
- 4 years of supervisory experience
