Job Summary
Direct installation capacity for finished goods by leading appliance install technicians, delivery, and installation coordinators. Manage vendor relations, pricing, and products while supporting outside sales and showroom consultants to secure new business. Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities across multiple KOBs to meet timelines, conducting regular quality checks and verifying documentation accuracy. Resolve installation issues on job sites, consult with associates and customers, and represent the organization to leadership. Participate in leadership meetings to convey associate concerns and policies. Reports directly to the Regional Installation Manager with four to six technicians. Located in Portland, OR, this role requires 3+ years of experience in routing, scheduling, or appliance installation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience preferred with duties in routing, scheduling, or appliance installation or 5+ years installing appliances as a lead
- Demonstrated experience using standard hand tools, electric tools and motorized and/or manual lifting devices
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail, shown integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
- Must be able to work at the Portland, OR location
