Installation Manager

Job Summary
Installation Manager leading full lifecycle install projects from pre-quoting through site visits and concept review; manages crews and subcontractors, schedules equipment, tracking inventories and rentals, and ensuring safety and quality. Responsibilities include training subcontractors on material handling equipment, identifying installation issues and proposing solutions, preparing quotes with scope of work and schedules, coordinating subcontractors with purchasing, attending weekly project reviews, tracking financials, conducting site visits, and reporting readiness for commissioning. Requires engineering business degree and extensive hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical equipment; travel up to 50% and flexibility for weekends/holidays; proficient PC skills and ability to generate trip reports. Knowledge of AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors highly valued; role belongs to Dematic/KION family with global service solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering business degree with more than 8 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
- Proven working experience with material handling equipment
