Installation Manager

Oversee and schedule all bath system installations while leading crews to ensure timely, high-quality workmanship. Review customer contracts, coordinate product orders, and manage warehouse inventory alongside vendor relationships. Conduct regular check-ins with clients, request referrals, and handle permitting, documentation, and CRM updates. Support installers with on-site issues, analyze job costs and service trends, and assist in hiring, onboarding, and training staff. Maintain accurate records of timesheets, receipts, and job completions.
