Job Summary
Oversee and supervise daily branch and installation operations, conducting a minimum of five weekly inspections to ensure installations meet company standards. Evaluate installation and customer service issues to drive timely resolution while monitoring warehouse operations and inventory control. Ensure proper usage and accountability of company materials and supplies, and oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Lead and support installation teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role requires three to five years of management experience in high-volume remodeling, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Bath Fitter is a $200M+ organization operating 30 locations across 15 states, helping over 15,000 homeowners annually with lifetime-guaranteed bathroom solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume remodeling or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes (bath, kitchen, or general construction)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in customer service management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
Desired Qualifications
- Background in supervising a warehouse or shop environment is a plus
