Job Summary
Oversee and supervise daily branch and installation operations, conducting a minimum of five weekly inspections to ensure installations meet company standards. Evaluate installation and customer service issues, driving timely resolution while managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and company vehicle maintenance. Lead and support installation teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring proper usage and accountability of materials and supplies. This role requires three to five years of management experience in high-volume remodeling or construction environments, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume remodeling or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes (bath, kitchen, or general construction)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in customer service management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
