Installation Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations, lead installation and warehouse teams, conduct a minimum of 5 weekly inspections to ensure installations meet company standards, evaluate installation and customer service issues and drive timely resolution, monitor and manage warehouse operations and inventory control, ensure proper usage and accountability of company materials and supplies, oversee company vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance, and lead and support installation teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume remodeling or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes (bath, kitchen, or general construction)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in customer service management
- Background in supervising a warehouse or shop environment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
