Job Summary
Installation Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead installation and warehouse teams, conduct inspections to ensure installations meet company standards, manage warehouse operations and inventory control, ensure proper usage and accountability of materials, oversee vehicle maintenance and safety, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Requires 3–5 years of management in remodeling/construction, knowledge of residential remodeling processes, strong multi-project prioritization, customer service management experience, and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record; background check and pre-employment screening required. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume remodeling or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes (bath, kitchen, or general construction)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in customer service management
- Background in supervising a warehouse or shop environment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
