Installation Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations, installation and warehouse activities; conduct a minimum of 5 weekly inspections to ensure installations meet company standards; evaluate installation and customer service issues and drive timely resolution; monitor and manage warehouse operations and inventory control; ensure proper usage and accountability of company materials and supplies; oversee company vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance; lead and support installation teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume remodeling or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes (bath, kitchen, or general construction)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in customer service management
- Background in supervising a warehouse or shop environment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
