Job Summary
Oversee and manage Service and Installation operations in the assigned area, directing service and installation techs to deliver timely, quality work for Federal Protection customers. Ensure licensing compliance for self and direct reports, maintain inventory control, and perform service calls and installs as needed. Lead, train, and coordinate with other SIMs; become expert in CRM tools and drive operational efficiencies. Manage customer conflicts, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and complete all paperwork/timecards in a timely manner. Requires strong leadership, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills; hours ~40/week with flexibility. Education: High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years’ industry experience with preferred management experience.
