Job Summary

Installations and service operations leadership for Federal Protection customers. Manages and directs service and installation opportunities in the assigned area, leads technicians, ensures licensing compliance, maintains inventory, and contributes to training and quality control. Requires expert CRM usage, strong leadership, conflict resolution, multitasking, and collaboration with Area Operations Manager and other SIMs to deliver timely, world-class service. Willing to perform service calls and installs as needed to address volume, and ensures safety, compliance, and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of five years’ industry experience
  • Preferred product knowledge: ATM, ITM, Bank equipment, Alarms, CCTV, Fire Systems, Access Control, Locks
  • Leadership and team-oriented skills
  • Ability to transfer knowledge
  • Multitasking
  • Conflict resolution
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Willingness to run service calls and installs as needed
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Accurate completion of paperwork (timecards)
