Job Summary
Lead and carry out professional installations of live, artificial, and preserved planting displays in luxury hotels, premium offices, and high-end residential spaces. Interpret design drawings and technical specifications to ensure projects meet quality standards, then plan and allocate daily tasks for a small team while providing on-site guidance and coaching. Conduct adjustments, snagging, and basic repairs to guarantee a flawless finish before handover, while coordinating logistics with the Head of Projects and Warehouse for loading, unloading, and material management. Maintain 5-star housekeeping standards for vans and work areas, work safely following method statements, and represent the company professionally by communicating clearly with clients and site staff. Based from Oxon with UK travel, this role offers a salary up to £45,000 plus a van and funded training.
Required Qualifications
- Two years' experience leading, supervising, or mentoring others
- Three or more years' experience in carpentry, joinery, fit-out, landscaping, or a similar hands-on trade
- Skill and safety with power tools and hand tools
- Confidence reading and working from technical drawings and installation plans
- Keen eye for detail
- Reliability, punctuality, and comfort with early starts
- Comfort with physically demanding work
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to solve practical on-site challenges
- Knowledge of when to escalate issues
- Clean UK driving licence
- Confidence driving a van to different sites
