Job Summary
Oversees installation work at customer sites and coordinates the installation of doors, windows, insulation, stairs, cabinets, sinks, and millwork. Directs Installers, plans and assigns work to meet installation scheduling goals, ensures compliance with building codes and OSHA safety requirements, evaluates and improves installation processes, writes change orders, resolves quality issues with subcontractors, and provides on-the-job training to production staff to maintain high standards and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and five (5) years experience performing and coordinating component manufacturing activities, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
