Job Summary
As Installation Field Supervisor, supervise installation, delivery, and safety practices on assigned projects for cabinetry/millwork installations; enforce company policies, lead layout and installation per architectural drawings, monitor progress and quality, provide training and performance input, and apply LEAN concepts. Requires strong leadership, project coordination with clients and project managers, capability to read blueprints and shop drawings, proficiency with tools, and ability to travel to job sites. Office in Pantego, TX; in-person remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year or more experience in managing job site work crews and installing custom work in a similar industry
- expertise in the installation and supervision of commercial casework and millwork
- good leadership skills
- good communication and customer service skills
- excellent planning and organization skills
- strong problem solving and reasoning skills
- ability to read blueprint-type drawings and layouts
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to travel to job-site(s) as assigned
- must pass contract background and substance abuse tests
- valid driving record and criminal background
