Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate experience), 2–4 years in technical/server support, HL7 and DICOM interfaces experience, and relevant certifications. On-call availability for holidays and weekends is noted. Salary range is $63,000–$78,000 base with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-4 years of technical/server support experience
- 2-4 years of experience with HL7 messaging standard and HL7 interfaces & DICOM interfaces
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL 4 Foundations, Microsoft Technology Associate
- Experience interacting with healthcare IT vendors and hospital IT staff on technical issues
- Experience leading or being an escalated resource for other technical staff
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong time-management and written/oral communication skills
- Team collaboration and ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed
- Understanding of AirStrip products and deployment in customer environments
