Job Summary
Role involves managing the hire/return process of generator sets for clients, carrying out planned service and maintenance to ensure reliability and performance, responding to breakdowns to minimise downtime, diagnosing faults on generator control panels (including replacements), performing Load Banking and mains failure testing on-site per client requirements, and producing detailed reports. Requires a time-served engineer or NVQ Level 3 qualification, with experience with generators desirable. Must be willing to work overtime (including some mid-week, weekend shifts) and participate in an on-call rota; capable of risk assessments and safe on-site work. Company vehicle provided for regional travel; opportunities for training and career progression.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including engines and alternators
